We apply strict quality control to all merchandise we receive, process, and sell. All products come from a clean, climate-controlled home that is also smoke-free and pet-free. It is against eBay policy, is unethical, and un-hygienic. We are against selling used beauty products. This way we can guarantee the authenticity and track the freshness of our inventory. We do not purchase items from third parties to resell. We have both the hard copy and digital receipts to prove this. We only sell items we have acquired personally from our own purchases at national retail chains, high-end department stores, and other authorized retailers. All our items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. In fact, the items we sell have never even been opened unless briefly for photos.
This means that the products we sell have NEVER been used, sampled, tested, or swatched. *A note on our beauty products: We only sell brand new, unused beauty products.
